Returns process

In case of return or cancellation, the customer has 4 days from the receipt of the order to return or cancel it.

Shipping fees of 70 EGP will be deducted from the original price of the product.

If you paid in cash or by credit, we will refund the money through a bank account or through Instapay.

The process will not take more than 5-6 business days.

NO Returns on sale products.

Returns process requires two simple steps:

2.  Return the relevant products to our shipping company as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging

Exchange process

You can exchange the product that you want within 48 hours of receiving the order. Shipping fees will be added in case of exchange.

The product must be in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging.
